Dr. Mary Kasem is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to listen and she cares. Above all she is always on my side working with me to get me the care I need and heathy again. In a time in my life when I became very ill and no one knew what was wrong with me she figured it out and got me better. It was a road to get me better and she was with me ever step of the way. I wish ever doctor was like her, the world would be a better place.

Dr. Kasem is a good doctor, however wait times are extremely long. I would consider finding a different doctor. Indeed, doctors do run behind, however the wait time between the lobby and the room is normally between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This has happened more than once. I would not recommend Doctor Kasem.

Called this morning to see if they could send in my prescription because I misplaced the paper one that they had given me she told me she would give me a call back to let me know. I even asked her if I could just go in and get another one still they told me they would call me back I called after lunch they told me to wait called at 2 they told me to wait that they will make sure I recieved a call before the end of the day called a 3 and still no answer I ended up calling at 455 no answer for them so now I have to go to urgent care to get that prescription because I'm hurting really bad! I cant believe they couldn't even give a call back for a simple request that shows how much they really care about the PATIENTS well being because I did express in how much pain I was. I will be changing doctors asap
