The staff here were quick and efficient. Seating area and room were impeccable. I’m amazed with their customer service. Staff members are very friendly and doctor was very nice and understanding and patient to hear and answer every concern and address it the right way.
The place is very clean and moreover has pharmacy too, I got the medicine nicely in a nice bag I my hand before heading to my car.

I've come here three times without an appointment. Never waited longer than 20 minutes to be seen. Dr. O has the best attitude and always takes the time to talk to me so she can really understand what is wrong and find the best medical routine to get me back to being healthy. The nurses are also very knowledgeable and everyone here is respectful and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my health.

I had a wonderful experience at Prestige Urgent Care and highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how easy it was to find the facility, and the parking was convenient. The clinic itself was spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Came here today; 1st time, with a sciatica pain level of 8-9! The front desk employees are so kind and easy to convey my needs. Dr. O gave me an injection and medication. All my concerns have been met. If anyone is in need of urgent care this is the first place to go. I am on the road to recovery. Prestige is the BEST! Love you all

I brought my daughter in for a check up and the wait wasn’t as long as I thought and the staff were very friendly and kind and helpful towards my daughter and Dr. O prescribed me the best medication for my daughter and in no time
She was running and enjoying ur life as a baby. Dr. O was very loving and full of joy and love that me and my daughter felt so comfortable with everyone working there. their are so welcoming and caring and I’ll definitely be coming back

What a great experience me and my family had at this urgent care, staff was great, we had no wait time! My son was seen and given all the medication needed to treat his illness there no need to go to pharmacy! I definitely am coming back!!

Couldn't get a same day at a Kaiser clinic, so I tried this place. Small, but probably a solo doctor set up. Waited about an hour (Kaiser walk-in is usually 2. Staff was excellent about setting me up, coordinating the service with Kaiser (just my copay, no other charges). Nurse was good. Doctor was excellent; I had a little trouble with her accent, but she was patient and calmly repeated for me. She reviewed the information with me at the end of the visit, and gave me follow-up instructions. Great outcome!
