I would never recommend this place to anyone. The provider gives you the run around including the staff. And when you try and call the office everything goes to a answering service and you never or hardly get transferred. They were not helpful with the “supposed referrals” the provider was going to give my husband. On top of that when my husband was in his appointment with the provider rolled her eyes at him on a topic he’s passionate about, and declined his care based off that, and the door is open and any patient or anyone could hear sensitive patient information . Very unprofessional!!!

They have a foreign call center and the operators have trouble understanding you. I had to repeat myself multiple times, only for them to still write down my information incorrectly. The NP Mary was dismissive about my previous medical history and refused to prescribe the medication I needed without a few more followup appointments months apart. Meanwhile my medical history clearly shows my need for the medication. Why offer medication management as a service, if you’re not willing to manage the medication I need? I went elsewhere and found the help I needed immediately.

I like that they put notes in of things for people that need to be called. That way I don’t have to wait on hold. They will call me to schedule. Easy peasy. The gentleman I spoke to, got my things done with ease.

Prasad was amazing ⭐️ . I had 4 new clients who I needed to make appointments for which I knew would take more than 30 mins but after a 1 hour phone call with Prasad he got all my clients their appointments. He had so much patience with me and I know he will remember who I am because of all the times he had to repeat my name and phone number haha. Thank you again hope that next time I call for an appointment he answers, keep up the great work Prasad 👍🏼

I was interested for my son to be evaluated, but unfortunately the front desk is beyond incompetent. I’d scheduled an appointment days in advance so called to confirm the day before, only to find out that they had scheduled the appointment for ME.

When I’d requested to change it to my son, I went down a 30 minute rabbit hole only to find that I can’t schedule it without a “consent form” from his father. That made me nervous seeing as how he’s never had to give consent for prior psych evaluations. I asked what to expect at the appointment and kept being told I can’t schedule without the consent. Okay, but why does he need consent? What are they planning to do to a child during the evaluation? She couldn’t answer.

I finally said to cancel both appointments and I’d call back if needed. She then immediately hung up. I’d heard great reviews about the treatment, but this showed me I’d have a considerable headache trying to get it. Thanks but I’ll pass.
