Dr. Bob is the best. I was very sick last year. I had difficulty breathing, among other things, and sounded as if I had congestive heart failure. I had every kind of heart test to discover what the problem was and was just waiting on the results. I had an appointment with my GI Doc the afternoon of 12/28 and talked to him about my breathing, extreme swelling of my feet & legs, etc. No advice. My husband insisted that I call Dr. Bob for an appointment the next morning. They got me in to the office around lunchtime. Dr. Bob examined me, discussed my symptoms, took blood for lab work, and had my husband take me directly to the ER. He felt that my symptoms were serious and that the lab work would not be back soon enough.When I finally saw a doctor in the ER I had to have four units of blood due to being extremely anemic.I was told that I would have died had I not gotten the blood when I did. Doctor Bob saved my life by correctly identifying the seriousness of my symptoms and insisting that I go to the ER. If I had just seen my GI Doc I wouldn’t have received the treatment I needed in time, because he didn’t seem to think I was that ill. Never discount the importance of seeing a caring, intelligent doctor.

I have been a patient of doctor gilbert for many years have alot of family members that are too. I have no complaints until now my father is very ill and requires 24 hour care asked doctor if he would fill out fmla paper work for me and brother to keep our jobs first he said he would take care of it then called couple days later to see if it was ready he said we had to get paper work our selves and bring it to him and he would sign ok did that get there he says he is going to take care of patients there first ok no problem so leave they call back and say he wont sign unless were patients of his . We really need this to keep our jobs my problem is dont tell us you will and then keep changing your mind so i will no longer see him or tell anyone else to see him.

Walked in needing to be seen no appointment ( he is my Primary) Took me right in waited less than 5 minutes helped me. Did more than any other doctor I've seen for the same problem. Easiest non scheduled doctor visit I've ever had. Thanks guys.

Dr. Gilbert has taken exceptional care of me through a three-week illness. He called me personally twice to follow-up with me during that time. He does not rush though an office visit because he wants all the details before he treats you. His staff is great and very helpful.

Been going here for awhile and have no complaints, he is the type of doctor that you can be yourself around without holding anything back. Dr. Gilbert is serious when he needs to be but can also lighten it and make you feel at ease at the same time. Thanks ? for all you and everyone there does!!

We were looking for a good primary care doctor for our family a couple of years ago, and a good friend referred us to Dr. Gilbert. We have been SO thankful for that referral! Dr. Gilbert is now seeing everyone in our household, and he is an excellent doctor. He and his team have been very thorough, always ask a lot of questions, and have taken their time to get to know us in order to provide the most accurate care.

I have seen a lot of different doctors, in my opinion really never establish a good relationship between patients, but Dr. Gilbert is the very best and knowledgeable in what he and his staff do. Dr. Robert Gilbert is the best doctor in town! He takes time to discuss my health problems and makes sure that he covers all my concerns. I've been his patient for several years now. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. Although he is a busy doctor, he'll make sure to dedicate the time needed to assess and discuss with you your health concerns.
