They hang up on me this morning 4 times now it's say the phone number dosent exist. I really don't like their receptionist becuase there doing a horrible job.

Dr. Orr is a good doctor, he gives me great referrals and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately his office staff is rude and so unhelpful. Every time I call I get different information and am met with annoyance for requesting basic information/help. I could understand if happened once or twice, but I’ve been met with annoyance and callousness from the reception each time I call or visit. I’ve never experienced such a rude and unwilling to help doctors office staff.

This office staff and Dr.Orr have been my best experience ever! I have been coming to this office since I was a kid as well as all my family. The service is always so consistent and the girls there are so sweet and attentive I highly recommend them. Veronica and Patty are absolutely wonderful and my favorite, they have gone above and beyond for me in terms of my care and requests. Their care paired with Dr.Orr’s expertise is the combination for the perfect visit. Thank you for your amazing patient care guys!!! I love you all!!!!!!

Tried to set up an appointment online. Never heard back so I called and sat on hold, only to be told that they don't honor those appointments.

A nuisance as I work with my hands in a loud environment so phone calls are difficult. If they don't honor the system, it should be removed.

In the very least, contact you back to let you know.

The website doesn’t function properly it doesn’t set up the appointment in the correct manner and they constantly text you an email you with the wrong times for your appointments. The front office staff is rude and thinks you know that there’s a difference between them and the doctors office and the website. To me it’s all one in the same. As per Doctor Orr and his nurses they are incredible he is an incredible doctor and I highly recommend him
