The exam was quick and easy and the staff & Doctor were very nice and professional. The only problem that the exam lenses used to make the prescription were very blurry and unclean (smudges) and when testing I thought I was not seeing clear so they the doctor increase my prescription.
After realizing that and cleaned the right side, she retested my right eye and correct it but my left eye was not corrected. I compared the prescription with the past 3 years and I could tell that they made the prescription stronger thinking that I was seeing blurry and in fact the lenses were uncleaned.
I am pretty sure that the left eye is tested incorrectly and now I have to wait until next year to test... I will not change my glasses.

We had just finished getting fitted for glasses we had been waiting to be delivered. Everything was great the lady who helped us was friendly attentive and she got us all set, but while leaving we were confronted at the front door by Eugene Lee, who come to find out is the operations manager, who rudely shouts “did you want to purchase those glasses” at us, I responded with “what ?” And his reply was “ did you want to purchase those Prada glasses” in which I responded “those are his glasses”. First of all, for you to be looking that cheap in your position, I’d be more afraid of you stealing product then a patron. Second to be talking to any of your patrons that way especially when you’re an operations supervisor, learn some professionalism. Third, to call out your clientele who didn’t do anything and not even apologize in front of the office staff and guest because you’re not smart enough to spot a thief if he was hitting you in the face with a semi truck….You work in an optometrist office, get some glasses and if perspective is extra call me and I’ll buy it for you to fix your bad decision making. We will be picking up a copy of our prescription and not be returning to a business we give our money to be treated like we were there to steal some glasses frames. For anyone wanting a quality optometrist visit LUXE optometry they are far superior in every way.

This was my first time visit and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the front office staff didn't make me feel very welcome, coming across as dry and unfriendly.

However, the eye exam tech was exceptional! She was professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. Kudos to her!

Dr. Nicole was also great, explaining everything in a friendly and approachable manner. The exam itself went smoothly.

Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse when I went to discuss glasses options with the sales team. I felt high-pressure sales tactics and was surprised by the high prices. The environment became uncomfortable, and I didn't feel supported in making a decision.

Overall, while some staff members shone, the front office and sales team fell short.
