My visit with Dr Gray was good. The nurse was very knowledgeable and assisted me well. I did not call the office back for refills because the Pharmacy has told me they will do that. I really do like Dr Gray as my PCP and his staff.

After having 3 different Dr in the Grandview Trussville practice. I finally got Dr. Brian gray. He has great bedside manner, he listens, is concerned & tries to figure out a solution. Comes in himself & doesn’t send an assistant in. Unlike some of the other doctors I had experienced in this practice. His nurse Sonia is also great both thorough. This is yr 2 of seeing Gray and I’m very pleased.

When you get an appointment time they normally give you a 15 minute grace period, but now they want you there 15 minutes early. I ran a few minutes late and the doctor wasn’t happy and let me know it and when I told him he didn’t know if I was in traffic or what he walked out the room. I have never experienced this type of Attitude from someone that’s supposed to be professional. So if they want you there earlier than the time they give you they need to tell you to be there at this time but let you know your appointment is 15 minutes after that. It’s time for a change.

I am very thankful for the work Dr. Brian Gray does. He is Credit with my early diagnosis for prostate cancer back in 2016. I had to have surgery but I am cancerous free. God get the glory
