I was able to get an appointment right away... the next day, actually. It just worked out that way!! The fact their office was close to where I live made it very convenient. The staff was super cool and kind. I was treated with respect and it felt like I was walking into an office that had known me for years. The staff who performed tests was simply awesome and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The Dr was AMAZING and explained so much about the eye and it's functions! I have dry eye and low and behold he is a dry eye expert 🙌💜 I walked away feeling more educated in my eyes anatomy, physiology, and function. The woman who helped me pick out frames was friendly, professional, and knew what she was doing. The cost after my insurance was amazing!! I will definitely be staying at this practice and referring as many people as I can. GREAT JOB!! 👍 THANK YOU 💜🙌

Loved this location until I ordered trial contacts through them. I waited about 4 weeks to call and check in since they said it'd be about 4-6 weeks. Well, when I called to check in on my contacts, they said they'd have to call me back. Never got a call back so I call a week later and ask the same thing, got a call back next day saying the first time the order never got pushed through the system, (why didnt this get caught when i called the week before) and that the manager just pushed it through that day and it'd be another 2-3 weeks like at this point it'll be 2 months by the time I get them and that's just for the trial lenses not even my actual contacts. So frustrating. Well, see how it goes once I finally get them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had an appt at 2:20pm and while sitting there it changed to 3:30, then 4 and at 450 I just finally left. I seen no Dr and no one communicated ANYTHING. This was the worst experience! When I asked they just keep saying he’s almost ready. Like for what? He’s not a surgeon, it’s an eye exam! I had picked out 6 pair of eyes just waiting to be seen. I wouldn’t allow them to sell me reader at this point. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

The receptionist are so very kind and helpful. My son got his first pair of glasses and they were so patient. The doctor was great as well. She took her time with my son and explained everything to him at his level with him being a pediatric patient. Staff is Very professional and make you feel so welcomed. After his visit, I made an appointment for myself and they were so happy to see him again! My son loved the staff so much he had to attend my visit with me. Thank you ladies and docs for being nice and genuine! We have definitely found our permanent home for our eye doctor.

The staff were very pleasant from reception to conclusion. The receptionist, technician, doctor and eyewear consultant were very thorough, warm and welcoming. This was my first time ever needing a pair of glasses and the experience was pleasant and painless. I would highly recommend them, just as my wife recommended their office to me. If you're 40-45 years old and are finding your once perfect vision isn't so perfect anymore, give them a fair shake and see what they can do for you.

My recent experience at EYEcenter was not great. The original appt took 2.5 hours for a routine eye exam. Most of the time was waiting. I went to pick up the glasses the first time and they were not right and I had to go back for a recheck-another 2 hours. They ordered another lens after correcting the prescription error, I went back and again they were incorrect ( I wanted computer glasses and this is the second time they ordered the 10ft version instead of the 5 ft version.) After 5 trips, I still don’t think the prescription is right but I give up at this point and will looking for another optometrist.
