I give 3 stars for how nice the doctor was at explaining everything. I typically leave good reviews but I have to dock them because the appointment was scheduled at a certain time, which it wasn’t. I showed up at the date and time that was scheduled and they said it was the wrong time. I think there is a break down of communication with the office staff.

Updating to 4 stars after Mark was very professional and easy to work with.

Nicholas de Gabriel Has helped me on two locations. He took the molds for my inserts and now he has just adjusted my inserts on my shoes. Nicolas is very accommodating very professional yeah it was a pleasure having been helped by him. I’m super satisfied with the service and the products that they provided to me. I highly recommend Collier Orthotics for any orthotic needs you have. Lisa in reception had also been most helpful in all my appointments and needs to ensure my inserts were shipped when I needed. I am a Veteran, and I went to Collier to get a Custom brace for my right knee. I worked with Nicholas to get the measurements for my Custom knee brace. He was so nice, and explained everything to me. Within one week my brace arrived to Collier. Nicholas showed me how to wear it, and answered all my questions. The lady working at front desk was so nice. I would refer anyone there for their Custom brace.

The staff at Collier O&P are the best! My daughter had an ankle injury from sports and they fitted her with an athletic ankle brace. The staff was knowledgeable about the product they suggested, and showed her how to used the brace properly to avoid further injury. Fantastic experience with the staff.

Ray Diaz is amazing to work with. Not only does he explain what's going on and what to expect but he explains in a way that doesnt make you feel inferior or silly for asking. He made my daughter and I so comfortable during our visits. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and easy. The front staff is just as wonderful to work with. Talking with Ray Diaz, we felt we made the right step toward getting my daughter a brace instead of surgery. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who need this service.

I went to Collier for a foot drop, Greg spent time with me evaluating my condition and fitted me with a brace that fixed the foot drop. The brace also gave me more freedom of movement that allow me continue an active life style.
