The staff was rude, unprofessional, and misleading during my visit. Clear communication and respect are essential when dealing with patients, but unfortunately, this office fell short. I felt dismissed and not treated with the care or professionalism I expected.

I hope the office takes feedback like this seriously, as improvements are needed to ensure a better experience for patients. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend their services.

We have been seeing Dr Avala for last 7 years and the kids are very happy with the doctor she helped us a lot with both medical and psychological issues all through out and she is the best. Avala pediatrics is the best in this area and I highly recommend them
