Excellent products. Excellent in-person service. Great selection. When I was injured, they had many products to meet my needs. Great well-informed personal service demonstrating the product usage and operation in detail. They had a great variety of wheel-based walkers. They even offer replacement tops and handles to refurbish old crutches. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend Bischoff's.

I went in October 5th to find my dad a better walker that needed stronger brakes & something that can support his weight. Their supplies are in sections with nothing out of place so I could easily tell what I needed & where. (THANK YOU!) Hector helped me with their best brands out there & the best one for him which is also a good thing! Not everyone needs the basic walkers, so I'm so glad they have dozens of options! He showed me how to operate the Nova Rollator ($189) & it was super easy for me & my 75 yr old Dad! Also I've seen the review about their return policy, Hector verbally told me & its printed on my receipt about their 7 day return. Thats very reasonable! So thankful they are in Roseville! Thank's guy's!

We needed to rent a hospital bed for post-knee surgery, and finally found this business. They delivered all the way to Nevada City! My husband was super pleased with this bed…brand new, very comfortable. These people were nice, easy to work with and price was reasonable.

Went on a Disneyland trip rented a piece of equipment broke down on vacation they only charged it was rented for a month they only charged me for a week for the inconvenience they were really helpful and made the experience good

I don't know why this place gets so much hate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I go in I am immediately asked how they can help. I was in need of bandages after my motorcycle accident and they have everything you could ever want at a fair price.

Their customer service skills really need work. I injured my knee and was looking for a knee brace. One of the female employees, with long dark hair, had me sit down and handed it to me. She attempted to strap it on, but didn’t know how to. My mom knew how to, but the lady stuck her finger out at her to silence my mom and called for another guy to help. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. All of the employees there seemed irritated and not very friendly. Not going back there again.
