For the lack of management and the way they treated their employee, I give this agency a zero-star rating. They had no idea where to send me when I first started working with this agency, and I ended up at Oakmont, a nursing skill facility in Roseville, which they failed to tell me about. I was appalled by the nursing staff at the Oakmont facility in Roseville and in Rocklin. There was not enough staff. No one from this organization was prepared to step in and assist during the COVID-19 pandemic. The outcome was disastrous. A client at Oakmont gave me COVID-19. Regardless of our deaths, Tom, the manager, showed no concern for us employees. We were made to work somewhere that was not hygienic for either the workers or the seniors. I made the decision to resigned. I file a case with OSHA the following week to have the employees looked into for failing to quarantine a client who had COVID-19. OSHA was entrusted with investigating any elderly people living in unsuitable circumstances. I will never again go back to this agency. Avoid it!
