We had an incredible experience at this urgent care! Although my child missed her reservation, the front desk staff, particularly Miss Doreen, went above and beyond to help us. She kindly booked us a cancellation slot, ensuring we could still see the doctor. After a couple of hours, we were able to meet with Provider Rocky, who was thorough, professional, and compassionate in treating my child. Nurse Marilyn was also incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt supported throughout the visit. We truly appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the entire team. Thank you, Miss Doreen, Nurse Marilyn, and Provider Rocky, for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Highly recommend this urgent care!

Great customer service and everyone was nice. The receptionist called me the next day to see how I was doing. 🙂 I really liked how they exceeded my expectations. Probably one of the best experiences at an urgent care.Also not a long wait unlike the ER

I don’t know what’s the point of setting an appointment @1pm then calls you almost 3hrs later just to say “you’re fine, just take OTC meditation” after explaining to them that I have a really bad sore throat, extreme coughing and my throat was literally numb from all the sickness. Setting an appointment was so unnecessary when you have to wait another extra 2-3hrs to be called.

Went here as it is the only urgent care that accepts straight medi-Cal I should’ve seen that as the first red flag about this place. The receptionist was extremely nice but then when I got into the back with my child the Nurse practitioner we saw was completely terrible. She clearly did not enjoy her job. I would attempt to say something and she would be so condescending towards me. She then stated that if we don’t finish the antibiotics we receive then nobody will be able to treat my child again. I had a few different concerns because my child had been sick for some time and thanks to their terrible patient treatment she was still not better and needed to go to the ER. If I could rate 0 stars I would towards the NP.

I got a very deep cut on my leg and was unsure where to go or where to get help, but I loved my experience here. They take a lot of different insurances and the staff was all very nice and helpful. Rocky and Liz were particularly very calming and made me feel less scared about my huge wound/took great care of me. Thank you guys!

Wow, Very unprofessional. Arguing among staff talking about how sick they are, gossiping, Negative attitudes, etc.. patients are Not the priority nor is care. It's like high school in this office, at (Fair Oaks and Greenback) Where are the doctors? Who's running this place?

I was out of town and my son needed to be seen today. My dad took my son in and my dad has a speech problem and disabled. I called and spoke with Jocelyn and she was a HUGE help. She helped me over the phone check my son in for me so there wouldn’t be any complications for my dad and made the process smooth for them. I was so appreciative and grateful for her because I could not be there. From my previous experience the staff has always been so kind.

This place use to be amazing, but no longer. My husband took our 3yr old in because he had a fever and bad cough.. after my husband told them I had walking pneumonia they did nothing for our son but listen to him, look at his ears Said come back if he gets worse... fast forward 3 days later, I had to bring him to the other urgent care now and had to force a xray and swab for my 3 year old... he had bilateral pneumonia!!!! If they took the time Sunday to look at him properly he would have been getting better by now.. sooooo angry they did not take the care or time for such a small kiddo. They need DOCTORS not PAs who pretend to be and have zero clue what they are doing. Miss the days when the Healthcare system actually cared for the patients
