Dr. Yu is an excellent doctor. My family has been seeing him at MedHelp for at least seven years. He addresses our health concerns, and if needed, refers us to the appropriate specialist.

HORRIBLE! Do not see him unless you just want to keep throwing your money into this clinic’s pocket. He wants you back monthly for every prescription and is in the room for maybe 2 minutes. Medhelp does not operate for it’s patients. It operates for money and could care less about it’s patients. A quote from DR. Yu at one of my visits “I get paid salary, not to see 100+ patients a day” Take your money elsewhere. Disgusting doctor and practice. You can clearly tell he doesn’t care about his patients and i will be filing a claim. Medhelp also needs to be evaluated for fraud because one doctor should NOT be seeing 100+ patients per day while providing adequate care. Having a patient in the room for 2 minutes and making them come EVERY 30 days for prescription refills? They won’t even consider the next visit a follow up because then they can’t collect a co pay. Please do your research before visiting. I wish i had!

Dr. Yu is a wonderful physician and he treats the symptoms and treats the patients well. Efficient staff but changes from time to time.
