Dr. Kayla Westerman is a great doctor. She takes time to listen and comes up with the best plan possible for you. She's kind, respectful and professional. You definitely will be heard. I recommend her if you are in need of a doctor.

Dr James Healy is the best. He has called me multiple times since my visit with him. He truly cares. The facility is super clean. From all I came in contact were kind and caring. But I cannot say enough about Dr Healy! I don’t expect the care and interest in me which he has given! So for to take time out of his day to call me, check on me, give me advice and truly care is immeasurable to me. He has made me feel that I am worthy.

I went in today for a Medicare check up. I also listed three complaints and NONE were addressed. They’re just there to get your money. Don’t go. Find another doctor who cares about your symptoms.

By far the best care I have ever received. The entire staff is kind, attentive and empathetic. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. From the moment I made my first call to set up my appointment all the way until I left the building I was treated with the utmost care and respect. As someone who struggles with anxiety I cannot recommend this place enough. You will be in excellent hands and treated like a human being regardless of your insurance or financial status. They have shown me that all hope is not lost in the healthcare system.

Absolutely a nightmare never could get any thing done in 5 years for my wife the doctors don't care ..they forget you there when you there.. and have no consideration for the mental aspect of patients

I'm so glad God sent me here. This clinic has the best doctors, assistants, and staff. You never wait for very long
to see the doctor or in getting an appointment either. If you want the best experience, then get an appointment to see them. I have been to other locations, when i lived in another area of birmingham. They are all great, but my clinic on Chalkville Rd. is the best.

I visited your Chirst Health Clinic in Chalkville app 4 months ago. I was having trouble finding a new PCP that 1. Was accepting new patients and 2. Was in my BCBS network. I attempted to refill my sole prescription through the portal almost 3 weeks ago and my request was ignored. Then last week I got a message I needed to make an appointment... when I called for an appointment the office was closed due to the weather. I called in today to try and make an appointment and spoke to a very unpleasant lady who, even though I was an existing patient, REFUSED to make an appointment for me. I owe no outstanding balance. I have even referred people to the clinic. Is this refusal of service due to the fact I am over 60 years old and/or white? I how have no access to my medication and am at my witts end. How is this treatment any sort of good medical practice or even Christian?
