Worse staff ever. They wont help me for anything! I came in from a hospital check up. They just told me the same thing the hospital did. They didnt do an urine test or ultrasound to see if im pregnant still. Since just finding out im 5 weeks & 5 days. I came into see if i can get my restrictions paperwork for work. An they said i had to wait until Friday to get a restriction paperwork so i can wait until then to see a doctor. Im annoyed how these people don’t help or do anything for pregnant people. Worse place ever

Highly not recommended. First off the front desk office clerks in adult medicine are rude and play God. I can't even say their name because their name tags are always turned around! A clear sign of a people who do not take responsibility or accountability! I can describe her- She is the woman in charge for appointments under Dr. Bhalta and has short black hair & wears glasses. She's snarky and mean & unpleasant. They never smile or make you feel welcomed. Seems they don't enjoy their job & if they are so overwhelmed or stressed out , maybe it would be a good idea for them to hire more staff or take some time to recuperate so they can handle their jobs better and treat patients with kindness and respect. Dr. Ana Alonso Ramirez is extremely unprofessional and abuses her position! She used a patient 's phone to call the patient's family member and inquire about something the patient had already spoken to her about. What kind of doctor calls a patient's family member with the patient's phone crossing a boundary of privacy for the patient?! In an extreme move of control this doctor scares me in what she feels she can do, making me very uncomfortable. Dr. Bhalta is a whole other story. Have had problems with her as well. Tried calling thier management and to no avail there has been no return call backs, proving this clinic covers up for their staff instead of correcting them and apologizing to the patient and their families! In a time like this , in a world facing hardship and uncertainty, you would think you count count on & trust the very people for seeing your care and health. That alone is a big stressor making it more difficult to manage getting help and taking care of yourself. What's worse and most definitely so devestating is that this clinic is deemed as a low income facility. It isn't so easy to go somewhere else because a lot of people are struggling and do not have the financial means to do so. They don't care or understand and are not compassionate or have any sympathy and that is a cause for concern because it is not right to treat people that way & I pray to God that they do better!

My son does not come here anymore. After my visit, I was told to wait to be called by CPS office for no odd reason but to find a way to know about my personal business outside of clinic appointment. Why would a clinic have a space office for CPS?

I left work as best I could to take my son to the clinic because he has a bad foot and the nurses an hour before closing today, Sunday, told me that they were going to see if it was possible because it was already closing time, closing time is 4:30 They did not want to treat my son because the doctors no longer wanted to treat anyone and they had said what a bad service I will change clinics

The receptionists in the pediatric department are SO RUDE! Like girl what is your problem? She cut me off so quick and when I called back the other receptionist was just as rude! I am a new mom and did not appreciate that especially from my babies doctor office. They really should be more kind especially working in PEDIATRICS! They definitely don’t deserve that position.

In adult medicine there are some good doctors that actually care about patients and their well being. There are others that don't listen to your needs and are harsh with words & advice. Some of the appointment clerks are unprofessional as in calling people the wrong names and pronouncing them senselessly. They are also sarcastic and rude. The dental department is unorganized as in setting appointments & rescheduling. Although having a very good dentist, it's also very inconvenient not having appointments available in the afternoons. The women's health also located upstairs has a nice and helpful staff. They greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable. Nurse's line hardly ever answers nor calls back. The registration & referrals department are very accommodating to your needs & concerns. They work hard on getting you set up with specialists and services. The pharmacy department is great. The manager is awesome and has excellent customer service. They have both drive thru & walk in for picking up prescriptions. Be careful correcting your name to the people who draw blood for labs. I corrected the lady about my name & when she poked me, she poked me hard. It hurt! I am left with a really bad bruise that I still have when I went 6 days ago. I've never had a problem in that department before. When I called to ask for an explanation as to why this had happened, the supervisor for that department kept saying uh huh as I was explaining to him my concern for the bruising and pain! Very unprofessional and careless! For the lady that poked me she should not take things so personal! Seriously thinking of leaving this clinic because this is the last draw! Literally!

Ridiculous. If not for our tax dollars paying Medicare for every woman in the valley that doesn't know what birth control is, this place would have closed a long time ago. No one answers the phone ever, called for days to be told that you have to go in there to register Monday through Friday from 8 to 4. It’s official that no one who utilizes this place has an actual job or that wouldn’t be a requirement. You have to wait for the docs here to finish making out with the CNAS before they get around to your examination anyway. A trashy place for trashy people.
