Tina's amazing! She's supportive, and focuses on your strengths. She also really focuses on what motivates you, which helps you accomplish YOUR goals. I love how she starts sessions with "what do you want to get accomplished today?" If you're looking for positive change in your life, she's the one. Also her office is so calming and relaxing!

Did not have a great experience with the therapist that I was assigned to through Blue Oak. She let me know that she didn’t feel equipped to help me, which I appreciated, but shortly after she mocked me and seemed annoyed so I decided to end the session early and she couldn’t get off of the video call fast enough. Not the care and concern one would expect from a therapist. Please do better.

She is an amazing clinician with an empathetic and kind disposition who really heard what I was saying and helped me understand myself in a completely new way. She has wonderful insight and her energy is always positive and supportive. She has forever changed my life and I cannot recommend her enough!
