I absolutely love this office. Dr. Astrid is thorough and attentive to patients needs. The staff is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure quality experience and ultimate care. All the people at Chino Valley Health Center, Itza, Rosa, Angel, and Manuel. All the girls do a really really good job. They're excellent workers very respectful. I'm very polite. They do a really awesome job there and I really enjoy coming here. My name is Rodney Morrison. Oh, Monica is a really good employee. She does a really excellent job and angels the best ever too. He always gives me a good shot.

I visited Chino Valley Community and was initially quite frustrated with the long wait times and some mix-ups with my appointment. It seemed like everything that could go wrong was going wrong, and my day was quickly turning into a nightmare. However, just when I was about to give up, I met Sharon the PA. Sharon was an absolute lifesaver. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency turned my day around. She took the time to listen to my concerns, helped expedite my appointment, and ensured I received the care I needed. Sharon's dedication to her job and her empathy for patients truly stood out. What started as an annoying and stressful experience was completely turned around thanks to Sharon. I left the medical center not only satisfied but genuinely grateful for her help. This facility is easily the best I've ever been to! Starting with the front desk, Monica, Manuel, and Rosa really have everything covered in a great way when it comes to patient's needs. As far as being seen, Dr. Sharon Paiz sets the bar very high for other doctors. She takes excellent care of me and takes her time addressing all my issues while showing genuine concern. To top it off, Dr. Sharon Paiz's assistants makes me feel very welcome like one of the family while doing such a terrific jobat what they do. It's easy to see that everyone here loves their job and are very happy to be here to take excellent care of patients. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!

By far the best doctors I have ever dealt with. Dr. Alvarez is amazing. The wait times are short, the Doctors are efficient, the front desk is always polite, and the gentleman where you check out is always nice. 10/10.
