The office staff are mostly unfit for office work and dealing with the public
They don't treat their caregivers or clients with the respect they deserve.
Several times they have had ample time to cover shifts for me and didn't. I am not bedbound and can eat and go to the bathroom independently.
That doesn't mean it's ok not to fill my shift.
I have been told they let me know about a replacement caregiver as a courtesy. I think that is part of their job, not a courtesy.
I don't like having care givers changed as often as they do. They bathe me, and I don't appreciate having a new person doing that as often as it occurs
I am going to change agencies as soon as I can find one that i like.
I have had some really greatcare givers there, but I strongly disaprove of the way they are treated.and how I have been treated by the office staff. The last straw was when I was told they were advising me of a new caregiver as a courtesy. It's part of their job!

I cannot begin to praise ComfortKeepers (Citrus Heights, CA) enough for their work with me and my mom. The service and experience from start to finish was truly great and I'm very appreciative. They assigned a caregiver to my mom (who is 60 years old and quadriplegic) for my entire wedding day; someone who would simply be with my mom in case any needs arose. She was with my mom during the 3 total hours of transit to and from the wedding, and throughout the wedding day…ComfortKeepers even set up a meeting the day before my wedding between the caregiver and my mom so my mom could meet her and get to know her before the big day. The caregiver was great and was handpicked to serve my mom best. They were tremendously thoughtful in the planning process, too. They worked with me for ~2 years (because my wedding had to be postponed) - all the while putting my mind at ease and setting up everything in a timely manner and gathering all the info they needed to do a great job. The info they gathered included very considerate questions: getting to know my mom on a deeper level in order to provide the best care.

Would NEVER use them!!! They don't notify if they change caregiver...they don't show up and my mom had noone for two weeks while I was on vacation. Now a month later...they are still taking money from my account and we no longer are using them!!!!!!
