Have been a patient for years yet couldn't get in to see a Dr the following week. Was told to go to a urgent care facility. Kayla is a wonderful person however I fear what's to become of this place!.

Dr Evans at medical park family care literally saved my life. She is blunt, but the most kind-hearted doctor I have ever had. I trust her completely, and choose to drive almost two hours every single visit to see her because she is simply that amazing. But not just Dr Evans! Jennifer (the receptionist) is such a sweetheart and remembers me by name every time I call or visit. She's been there since my first visit and I'm always so excited to see her! There are other staff members, who I unfortunately can't remember by name, that are also so kind and helpful!
I was sick for many years and kept going to see doctors, who couldn't (or wouldn't) find out what was wrong with me. Dr Evans wasn't obligated to, but she ran tests for me after my first visit to see her about 3 years ago now. She noticed my liver enzymes were abnormally high, so she sent it off for further testing.
They came back saying I had Hep C. I later discovered it's what I'd been sick with, for about ten years. She helped me find resources and was a huge source of support for me during the past 3 years.
I'm now cured, and recently found out I'm pregnant. I was so excited to tell everyone at medical park the news!

This is how a doctors office should be. And I'll continue driving those 2 hours to go there, because I value their support and trust them above any other practice. They're my family.

Apparently this is no longer an urgent care and requires an appointment. I recommend rethinking this decision.

I miss Tara and Dr. Mockler at the Dadeville location. Don't expect Dr. Evans to go out of her way or have any empathy for your situation. She is not patient oriented at all. It is a shame because the rest of the staff are lovely.

BEWARE!! This Dr and their reception staff should be ashamed. Went in on a Thurs morning (checked ahead of time and they were open) got to the front desk and was turned away
This is after I explained I was from out of town down on vacation and needed the dr to look at my 8 year old child. It was a rash I was afraid maybe poison oak but could've been a virus and needed to just be sure. Would've been a less than 10 min visit or less for the doc to look at but we were turned away because the dr was going on VACATION later that day and didnt want to see anymore patients. Shameful. Turning away a potentially sick child standing in your office. Also.....if you're closed, update the online hours and at the very least put a sign on the door. Will NEVER go here again.

Dr Evans is professional, efficient, and caring with her patients. The staff meets the same criteria. I feel comfortable and assured when I go.

How many physician are there at this practice? Are they usually real busy? Is it fairly easy to get an appt?
