This place is awful. I've been chronically ill for over 10 years and have been to multiple practices all over california. This is the only practice that has ever told me that "provides books/schedule isn't open." This is ridiculous. california requires providers to see patients within a certain amount of time by law. People need to call their insurance providers and file grievances, and report this place. If enough complaints are made, actions can be taken, especially if they are breaking the law.
There are so many other places to choose from even if you have medi-cal. Call your insurance and do your research and find another doctors office.

This so called "practice" is RIDICULOUS! Had an telephone appointment that we had waited a MONTH for to go over lab results and they even called the day of to check me in 30 mintures prior to the appointment and then NO CALL from doctor that whole day. That whole day we called to check in on what is going on back and forth and were thrown around back and forth. To make it clear, I kept my lines open and I can receive calls from just about anyone.... scam calls and even blocked calls. 1 week later upon still trying to talk to the doctor they tried to lied that doctor did attempted to call that day of the appointment but it went straight to voicemail. Why? Why? Why is this news to me and we were not told this the day of the appointment that I have called SEVERAL times.

This place is unprofessional and dishonest. This whole practice should be shut down. If you have had a negative experience at this place as well, please call your health insurance so they can assist you in filing a complaint against this place.

Now I have to wait over another month long for another appointment to go over lab results.... a telephone chat.... that is probably not even 10 minutes 🙄😒 it's RIDICULOUS!

So annoying, dose NOT help at all, went there and waited 6 hours and they told me they could not see me like, One of the worst places you could visit it’s really dumb and not worth it. The lady was super rude and they need to learn customer service. DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE

The well-placed on sunrise blvd. Is a joke! I can not get an in office appt. For 6 mos.they have me on all kinds of meds. I need to check in. I also have issues that need to be seen by a doctor.

If you've ever wondered what hell is like then just try to get an appointment or anything at all from them and you will be transported there. It should be called hellspace not wellspace

The staff is generally mostly 'just doing my job' type which can come off as NOT warm and friendly, but them and the doctors still did their best to listen and accommodate me and my needs. The doctor who took me was also helpful in getting me scripts for the TIGHT kind of equipment I needed (I am diabetic and have trouble self injecting insulin, do she ordered me an epi-pen style injector). Only time I heard a complaint was a woman in the waiting room having an angry fit and yelling demands she be seen immediately as if was entitled to go to the front of the line, but staff was very tolerant of her non-the-less. Golden rule scenario.. treat people with courtesy and respect and they will return it. my last experience was rough, i had to wait 2+ hours to be seen, but to be fair, it was a very busy walk-in clinic, and staff tried to see me and others as quickly as possible.

If you have employer based insurance and can go anywhere else, do not get a PCP with Wellspace health. You are not their client. I never saw or spoke with a physician. Referrals to a specialist who you should have access to is practically impossible, I had to get my insurance involved with a complaint against Wellspace health to get a referral. Waiting times and office hours are inappropriate. This is a low cost clinic, probably understaffed. The PA I had a phone appointment with was wonderful. Nothing bad about their actual staff.
