The medical system is broken and completely disorganized. Today is day two of spending hours on the phone trying to find a Doc in my network list that actually accepts my insurance. Dr. Deitchman is probably a great doctor but I'll never know because the wait time was OVER THREE MONTHS! And even though he's in my PHCS network, their patient care specialist never heard of my coverage and therefore they don't actually accept it. A Physician Care Network is meaningless if they don't know who is in it and policy providers have to sell themselves to each individual doctor. But even if they did accept my coverage I was told I wouldn't be seen until "maybe" late March or April. It's December.

Pafoua the patient care assistant was very helpful though, and I didn’t have to wait and navigate through automated phone systems which was a nice change.

I'm not sure I actually had a video appointment with Doctor Deitchman. The man claiming to be him looked nothing like his picture on line. He didn't seem to have the medical knowledge of a doctor. I think he might be XXX? if I am wrong I would like to talk about it with the real doctor Deitchman.
