Nelly from Billing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was so sweet, has a great nice people personality and was so professional as she explained all of my financial options. I called extremely stressed about a bill I received and she was able to be as detailed as possible to provide me all of the information she had available so I can make the best informed choice on my procedures and insurance. She made me feel so much better and I had all the knowledge I needed. She legitimately brought me from 20 to a 2 in my anxiety of the finances and she was just amazing! At 12p today, I was leaving when suddenly I had to stomp on my break because an African-American woman in a red mitsubishi SUV decided to speed out of the staff parking lot. On top of that she didn't even glance in my direction AND was staring at her phone. EXTREMELY unprofessional and dangerous, she needs to be talked to about driving away at such high speeds in a parking lot especially at a place where older people can be driving. She had zero disregard for her surroundings and when I past her she looked at my like I was crazy for honking at her. Definitely needs to be talked to.

U.C. Davis is only a three star on a very rare good day, this clinic is a complete joke. Dr Blinder should be retired as she only wants to farm you out to ever other clinic for your care and otherwise doesn't want to treat you at all. She is a scheduler, not a Doctor. The Lab is horribly understaffed and over worked and they need at least two if not three full time techs, but why bother when they can make the patients sit in the waiting room for hours to save money. The receptionists are not. Can't or won't do their simple jobs of making sure appointments, follow ups and referrals are completed. Same with the Dr. Staff. Had to call three times to get my medication updates sent to my pharmacy. Lazy, don't give a fu** flunkies at best. I'll drive the extra twenty miles round trip to go back downtown to the main hospital. It's at least a little better.

I have had the worst experience at this office. In April I went in for an appointment with Dr. Perez. I waited over 2 hours to see the Dr. I asked the nurse if there was a problem. I was told the wait was typical with this Dr. I had a 3pm appointment. After 5 I finally decided to leave. The Dr.came in as I was leaving. I was so upset over the wait (my time wasted) I could not even talk to the Dr. He said he would refund my $20 copay. The office staff could not figure out how to do that so they said they would put a credit for the next time I went to the Dr.
Over 3 months later I am called out of the blue to inform me they will not give me a credit. I am absolutely appalled. This is the worst Dr. office I have ever encountered.
