Thank gosh this place was finally shut down so someone could take the time to clean that filthy place up. And finally there was someone there who was professional and got me the paperwork I needed in a professional manned the other day. BUT TODAY I was hoping to see that you got a new team, but I seen the same girl Who acted out very rudely On my last visit. And sure enough when I got there I find out that she booked my appointment for a day that my doctor would be off. I all ready waitedover a month For an important Appointment. I’ve got to wait Even longer now because I had to go through the most unprofessional worker that you have at the front desk. Y’all love Continuing to give us a bad name. We people shouldn’t have to expect the worse every time we walk into a black facility.

At work Doctors and Staff... front desk is always so nice.. Clean facilities informative all questions are answered. Clear Service as with all doctors now repeat it tire times if they don't hear you. Luckily only twice. Thanks for caring for your patients. This location... now the Specialist at River Region they personally referred me to to ensure my situation would be adequately addressed rushed me off, soon unsure if and when I'm healed.

Why would You call a patients name to the window just to completely ignore them? Yesterday the around 1:30 my son was called to the window. The girl then says NOTHING TO HIM AND STARTS A FULL BLOWN CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ELSE. Then as soon as she was done with her, she then gets on the phone and has another FULL BLOWN CONVERSATION. After that, get gets up and walks around and then finally came back to hand my son a piece of paper. She then waited 20 mins before she let the nurse know that she had him as a walk in. Everytime it’s some serious unprofessionalism at the front desk.

They slow. The nurses don’t do nothing but sitting at the desk and talk. My child appointment was at 9am and ain’t no way we should be leaving at 12pm. The nurse practitioner don’t know what she’s doing. I really hate that place and I will not go back there.

This is my third time bringing my son to this facility and although the service has been pretty good so far, the wait time is atrocious! With an appointment, you still won't be seen for well over an hour. I'm currently still in the reception area at 4:30 but got here at 3:11(18 minutes before my son's appointment and nobody else was here). So far , 2 other parties have been seen ahead of him?.

Front desk rude and unprofessional. Walked in and everyone was sitting on their phone. Nurses don’t answer the phone, just sit around gossiping. I’ve been asking for a clearance for work since last Thursday and still haven’t received one.

VERYYYY unprofessional! You’ll be lucky to reach anyone regarding anything that has to do with paperwork for your child(s). Called around March for my child’s head start records and was told they were on it. Here it is October still no call or nothing from them. Tried making an appointment no call back! Going to sign a release somewhere else because the people here can’t seem to do their job. Yes I understand people are busy but I also know it’s literally copy and paste and it sure didn’t take the dentist office a month let alone 7 to fill out their half.Took them (10mins tops) told me to have a seat and all so you knew it wasn’t gonna take long. That’s why they hire multiple people to do different things and hopefully I’m the only one who’s experienced this (probably not) but if not the person who is supposed to do these things need to be fired

This office is full of unprofessional women with attitudes at a front desk-are way overworked- because they can't keep a full staff, phone calls are never returned, prescriptions never refilled on time- the doctor on staff continues to take patients regardless of extremely long waits. If u happen to not speak English this is the fast lane doc visit for that group. The more kids u have- the quicker u are seen also. If one has ANY financial flexibility in their budget DO NOT choose this office. I give the one star because the intake nurse is an empath and legit feels bad almost responsible for this zoo's mishaps. The only way a call is ever returned is if one threatens to pick up records and find a new doc...if I could afford to I most definetly would.
