I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Eric's Medical Supply Store! It all started with a conversation with Verity, who was incredibly helpful and understanding about my urgent need for a hospital bed for my father, who was being discharged from the hospital that same day. She listened to my situation with genuine care and quickly set the wheels in motion to make it happen.

The entire team went above and beyond to ensure the bed was delivered that same day. The level of service and responsiveness was impressive. The product itself is in excellent condition, and it works wonderfully, providing exactly the comfort and functionality my father needs. Eric personally oversaw the setup, making sure everything was perfect and walking us through how to use the bed properly.

I'm grateful for the exceptional service, compassion, and professionalism from Eric's team. I would recommend them to anyone in need of medical supplies.

Eric what can I say about HOW GREAT you are.
Guy and I saw your store for medical supplies and mostly lift chairs, we decided to come to store and try out some out.
We were greeted by one of your staff ( very nice and helpful) and she informed us you would be there shortly. We tried some of your chairs, and you arrived.
You were very well informed, made us feel very comfortable and helped us try out some of the chairs that were set up. We all decided on what we liked, but I wanted to check out another store, you were fine with that and after going to the other, store, Guy and I decided you were the dealer with the best knowledge
and best prices. We called you and placed our order, we were told about 6-8 weeks for the chair to be assembled and delivered to store.
Time came for the chair to be at store , but didn’t arrive, we called and you offered to bring out a loaner chair till ours arrived. (Very nice and professional).
When ours arrived , (not too long after) you delivered ours( very beautiful color, Blue ) set up and were are very happy , pleased and feel you are a very professional dealer, honest and very helpful in what you do for people in our situation !!!!😁👍🏻.

Very thankful to have found Eric's Medical Supply while we were visiting in the San Diego area in December, 2023. My husband and I were staying at a very nice condo on the ocean, but due to my husband's joint and tendon problems, he had great difficulty getting up from the soft cushions of the sofa and chairs. We contacted Eric's Medical Supply, spoke with a very pleasant and helpful woman who reassured us that she could meet our need of renting a power lift recliner and could deliver it to us the very next day. The very next day, Eric delivered the recliner to us and totally made my husband's comfort and ability to get up from the chair 100% better. This enhanced our trip so much. Thank you so much for being such a friendly and accommodating business. You certainly went the extra mile for us and our immediate need. Pricing was very fair and the chair quality and service was excellent. Definitely will use this business again on our next trip to San Diego and can highly recommend it for others with medical rental needs.

Terrible. Eric the owner admitted he didn’t have the proper sized screwdriver, and didn’t have the eyes or lighting to open the battery box for our mobility scooter. He doesn’t have the tools to service your scooter. Watch out or he could cost you more $$ stripping screws etc.

Due to an awful gout flare up, I needed a scooter to enjoy vacation time with the family at the parks. Eric’s was very helpful and the price was great as well! Highly recommended!

Eric's Medical Supply serves a necessary service in the southland for mobility scooters. They're close to everything pertinent for the vacationist in mind. I pulled up front of the shop and was wrestling around with my ramps getting ready to load the scooter in the Wheelers van I rented when Eric himself came out the store and helped me. Decent service for decent folks. OK prices, honest. The hours are somewhat cumbersome but WTH.
Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

Eric is absolutely wonderful source for local family care products and service. I've rented an adjustable bed from him for spine surgery and it was immeasurable in helping me to heal more quickly.
