Came at 5:12 pm closes at 6. The lady came out as my boyfriend and I was getting out the car & said the entrance was over here. We were barely getting out the car and I’ve been here before. Step one foot in and I said I was coming to exchange my compression socks as I wanted knee high instead of thigh high for summer. This was after I had called in and asked as I get my prescription mailed from them. After stepping one foot in and before I was able to speak she said just so you guys know we don’t attend to patience after 5. But you closed as 6, my boyfriend said ok we are looking to exchange nothing more. And she said no, not possible after 5. So what do yall even do after 5. And why not just update your hours to reflected that or you know put that on your google page, website, front door by your “operating hours”. Also their quality is trash, thankfully I get a new pair every month.

I received a hospital bed from them 3 years ago. 6 months ago I needed a new mattress. I received a mattress that has a ridge across it, that hits right at my buttocks all night. They brought me another one exactly the same. What a sham. They are extremely rude and are totally inflexible in delivery times. Never again.

I dont think anyone answers the phone here, so id advise you all to either email, fax, or walk in (before 5pm) to conduct ANY business with this place.

Please don't waste your time coming here. I got here at 5:40 after driving all the way from Julian (says they close at 6), and they said they couldn't get me a breast pump even though I provided a doctor prescription and had insurance call it in. They obviously just wanted to close 20 minutes early. Then a guy came out, was very rude, and told me I had to leave as they were closing the gate (still before 6pm). I told him I could see why they only had 2 stars, to which he responded, "we don't care about that". You don't care about your businesses' customer satisfaction? haha okay then...

These people are not customer service Representatives they're customer service irritants. I tried dealing with them for a week to get a walker. They either said the order would never came, or said it was wrong, or the wait time was immeasurable. Screw them I'm going somewhere else.

Everything went really smooth. I had several diabetic shoe orders that needed to be fulfilled, and one wheelchair needing to be delivered on a specific day and time (which was accomplished). The shoes were fantastic, couldn't asked for anything better. Larissa and Kori were professional and lovely. They assisted and communicated how the insurance paper work; all the paperwork was prepared and signed as it should've been.. they were up front about what was covered and what wasn't since it was my first time here. The front desk girl, I believe her name was Angelina, was very polite and informative, she even commented on how nice I looked when I walked in. That was sweet. When I need get more supplies ordered, they earned my business. This place is tucked away in the corner of a plaza so you might miss it, but it's not hard to spot once you're there.
