We bought a new walker with a seat. After sitting in the seat at home the back was very uncomfortable. We called within 2 hours to discuss returning and were told that we were stuck with it. Their policy is not to take walkers back. They said they might consider discounting ANOTHER WALKER as if we would buy a second one from them! THIS PLACE HAS NO HEART.
