My experience with Dr. Carson and Unique Healthcare has been absolutely amazing. I was referred here by my primary care physician, and I’m so thankful for it. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. They made sure to provide timely follow-ups, appointment reminders, and any necessary paperwork, which made everything run so smoothly.

Dr. Carson is truly one of a kind. She’s warm, compassionate, and always made sure I was comfortable during every visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. You can often hear her laughing and chatting with other patients, which speaks volumes about how she connects with everyone.

The entire atmosphere at Unique Healthcare is comforting and professional. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and the doctor are consistently attentive, kind, and efficient. I’m beyond happy to have found such a great OBGYN practice, and I can’t recommend Dr. Carson and her team enough!

My previous gynecologist was booked up and i was looking for an appointment ASAP. I was reluctant to set up an appointment after reading all the reviews but I really needed to get my check up so I decided to take a chance. I always dread getting my yearly check up because , with my previous gynecologist, I have always experienced severe pain after my check up. Let me say, yes, I had to wait. I was a new patient and it took me a while to fill out all the documentation. It took a while to get my vitals taken. After, I was asked to wait again for a room to open. Eventually one did open , and then I waited some more to see the doctor. As soon as She walked in I just knew that I was in good hands. Doctor Carson is absolutely the best! She is kind, understanding, and caring. She made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. After my check up,guess what, absolutely no pain!! I cannot stress that enough. After having to deal with pain after my check ups with my previous doctor I was in awe. Absolutely no pain. I actually enjoyed my check up and was able to ask questions without having to fight through discomfort! I got to the office at 3 pm and my appointment was at 3:30 pm , I left the office at around 4:35- 4:40 pm. So yes,you will have to wait. To my understanding Doctor Carson runs the practice by herself so it will take time. However, you will not be disappointed! She is absolutely worth the wait! I found my new Doctor!!

She is the best love her so much. You need to make her your OBGYN. the staff is awesome and first and for most they are on top of their game. They get back fast and it’s such a calming experience. Had a surgery and she just held my hand till I went to sleep cause I was over scared but she was right there when I woke up and is still checking up on me. It’s only been 4 months but love this office and Dr Carson is awesome.

Front desk staff is rude. I left a message a week ago for the doctor to call me back. I don’t believe they relayed that message to the doc and I called again to follow up and they are now saying to call back after 2 and hung up on me! Rude! No acknowledgement of the lack of response. They are also not the nicest in person. The doctor seems fine, but have only briefly interacted with her. Front desk needs to be taught customer service skills. After my next visit I will be switching docs if front desk continue to treat patients this way. It is not that hard to be NICE people!!!

They have a 2 hr. lunch, the doctor is still late for appointments after lunch. The lady that draws blood has no idea what she's doing. Went at both arms to get blood & left one with a swollen vein, a lot of pain and an awful bruise (my daughter this time). I was given an email address that was suppose to go directly to the doctor. Got no response from the doctor, got a response from someone else. I called and was basically told the doctor picks & choices what emails she answers. Don't waste your time here. I would give no stars but that's not an option.

This was my second time visiting with Dr Carson! Both times she was friendly, personable and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me recommendations that other doctors have not given in the past and I can tell she cares about the overall health and well-being of her patients!
