They are so unprofessional. I have had nothing but problems with this office. They have horrible communication skills and two years ago, a NP fat shamed me when I asked for weight loss advice. I have had hundreds of interactions with medical professionals in my life with only a handful of bad experiences, and two have come out of this office from two different nurse practitioners and Dr. Oseguera as well as their receptionist. Also, my initial appointment was for lab work, and they tried telling my I couldn’t have my results read to me without paying another $50 copay. They are so unethical.

This office only cares about getting your money. I’ve never experienced this before. They told me I needed blood work done, even though they said they couldn’t schedule my physical. They forced me to have a telehealth visit to tell me the blood work was all fine, and then charged it as a full appointment which my insurance won’t cover. So now I owe them $80 for a 3 minute conversation where I asked zero questions, they told me I’m fine and hung up on me. I disputed this and the Doctor did not care. She’s also been dodging me, refusing to return my calls or speak to me. I’m so disgusted at this practice for making me feel insignificant, imposing, and uncomfortable.
I’d rather not have a doctor for the next year than see them again.

Very horrible experience trying to get a prescription for my dad who is very sick and needs immediate attention. Dealt with the receptionist Alexa and physician Arturo and their customer skills need some attention as well. The experience with this office in general is not satisfactory at all. Lacks a lot of professionalism on their part. If a patient is due medication I feel that it is their responsibility to get that medication to the pharmacy as quickly as possible. Would not recommend this office to no one.

This doctor is dangerous and plays mental mind games. Long story short, she called me on the phone and told me my physical issues were all in my head and that I had to force myself to walk. She refused further medical treatment or physical therapy. Fast forward to a new doctor and I am now receiving constant treatment AND being respected. What shocked me is that my new doctor listened to me, ordered an x-ray, and found objective evidence showing my disorder. Oseguera never reviewed my medical history and never ordered the x-ray. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I had listened to Dr. Oseguera I would have surely taken my life.

Very bad experience. Nurse practitioner sees you by default and in order for you to see the physician you have to "request' it. How lazy can you be! Or you just like to cut cost and improve your bottom line? Dollars before patients. I get it. Nurse practitioner does not exude caring attitude and competence in my opinion. She could be judgemental and rude at times. Been with several doctors and health groups and this is far the worst clinic.
