Got referred to them by my doctor. They called right away and asked me to fill out a few forms. OK no big deal. What I got was an online portal with over a dozen forms in it. Now I am in the military so I'm covered by tricare. So my insurance is my military ID. In addition to that they wanted my state ID too. Not the end of the world but what I won't do is they wanted me to fill out a form giving them my credit card. Which anyone that is military knows we do not pay for anything. And anyone who has ever received care outside of a military installation also knows civilian health care will try ro charge you even when they know they shouldn't. Even send you to collections etc. So for a company to require a credit card even knowing I'm military and knowing they are not allowed to bill me for anything beyond what tricare allows because well it's a federal law that says they can't do that I'm sorry but that company is a just trying to rip you off and charge you extra money. I would be willing to bet they are over charging everyone and most people don't bother to question it! I would 100% find a different place to receive your care. This place does not care about there patients they only care about making mone!y!!!!

I'm editing my review because I've had time to calm down and work out the issue with the organization. Once I expressed my concern they owned it immediately and addressed the issue. They apologized and I do understand flu season and their providers are human, too. I was understandably upset but could have been more understanding and compassionate. They are not just a faceless business, they do care and I was impressed by their response. Since then, the patient has received superb care. Thank you to this great team.

Unbelievably poor service. They routinely cancel on you at the last minute, literally as you're dialed in and waiting to be seen. Then you wait another month or more to be seen. Yet they tout their great access. How can they claim to care when they know people can't wait to be canceled on and rescheduled repeatedly for months before they finally get care. God forbid someone was really in bad shape. Terrible service. Not even apologetic! Go elsewhere.

As a member of the Armed Forces, we are always cautious of who we share our troubles to and what we say. Mostly in fear that we might receive certain repercussions OR the help we seek won’t pay off. This does not define the Bahia team! Everyone I’ve come in contact with are solid professionals, they care and treat! The only “react” is them attending to the trauma the client brings to them, for them to do damage control. If you know of anyone who requires assistance, but nervous of the outcome, this is the place to go. After 20+ years, this is the best decision I’ve made. Helpful is an understatement - they are lifesavers!
