I was so nervous to leave my cardiovascular team in Cleveland, OH when I moved here last year but let me tell you, I needn't have worried! The staff here is so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable!! I always get seen almost immediately upon check in and love the reminders they give a couple times before my appointment time! Don't like that have have some heart and vein issues but love that I have the Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego team helping me with these issues!

I have been going to CISD for 5 years now, when I first started my heart was struggling with afib and flutter nothing seemed to work until Dr Steven Carlson did my ablations. Dr Carlson is top notch and the one Doctor that really cares and spends the time to listen. Since I had afib for over 40 years before my first ablation the success rate of only 40% Since I had so much damage to the heart from years and years of afib It took 3 ablations to get all of it. As a life long runner it’s great to get back running. My last ablation was on 1/6/21 and I’ve been afib free. Thanks to Dr Carlson for not giving up on me. Don’t worry because you are in good hands.

Location is staffed by a callious, nonprofessional and condescending team. This office should be the last place to expect adequate medical service.

The lack of care and treatment my daughter was subject to at the end of December has caused her life aferminimg surgery to be postponed.

Not only was she disrespected, the office failed to inform her that she had another appointment on the 7th at another location, not until the 9th.

This place is such a gem in healthcare. From the politeness from the front desk to the low wait times i was impressed early on. I was completely blown away during my appointment i almost wanted to cry because for the first time in 5 years dealing with my mysterious heart issue i felt seen and heard. Dr. Boler was thorough and knowledgeable and you can really tell she loves her job. She is not bitter, dismissive or non chalant like some physicians can be and if she is burnt out as some healthcare providers can get, it doesn’t show. She is professional kind and patient. I’m so happy to have found her and this clinic. Would definitely recommend.

I am waiting for over a year for them to send me a report. I was told to call Cassandra in Chula Vista office but for at least 3 days when I call I get voice mail and cannot leave a message as her voice mail is full
