DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Very unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment scheduled through a nurse practitioner from CVS and they said they had no record of it when I got there even though I was with the nurse when she called them and got confirmation of it. I wasted time rescheduling an appt with them. First the doctor was super rude and was asking about my medical history in the front of the office while THREE OTHER PATIENTS were in the room and the woman that works reception left other patient information out in the open where I could see it. Definitely violating HIPAA laws and will be reporting. As soon as I left I called to change my provider. Don’t come here if you want all of your medical information to be known to other patients!!!!!

We have been with Dr. Juarez Uribe for over 6yrs, and just recently on Nov. 5th I lost my dad. My dad had a hard battle for over a year and let me just say that Dr. Juarez did everything for my dad in regards to all that was needed for him. The Dr made sure he had a hospital bed with a matress to avoid bed sores, since my dad was bed ridden with a feeding tube. He also made sure that transportation was made so my dad could go to his many Dr apartments. He also told me what was going on with my dad and consoled me, because at times I was just crying and trying to understand all that was happening to my dad. He even called me after hours, when I needed his opinion on something medical for my dad. He helped my dad with everything an that's why, I still take my mom with him to this day. I owe him alot. Thank you Dr. Juarez Uribe❤
