I agree with the other reviewers in stating that this establishment is quite disorganized. I needed to solve a simple insurance problem in order to receive my correct medication, and when speaking to my insurance they assured me the doctor could take care of it themselves. However, this office insisted that I needed to come in each time I tried to resolve the problem, and charged me a doctor's visit each time. To be charged so many doctor's visits while not being seen for any condition, coupled with the fact that such a simple problem could not be fixed leads me to believe this office is highly inefficient.
The other problem I ran into was the lack of communication between the front office and the doctor. I spoke with the front office multiple times before my visit, and they assured me they had spoke to the doctor about me having to come in, and that he needed answers from me before he could solve the problem. However, when I arrived, the doctor had no clue why I was there.
The staff are kind and the doctor is quite nice, but in the end, it was just too inconvenient. I know that healthcare does not have to be this way because I have visited other offices.
The lack of communication between the front office and the doctor, as well as the difficulty solving such a simple issue, led to this experience being extremely unpleasant, and I will not return to this office. I urge others to do the same.

When I got pregnant last year Dr. Gutierrez told me to take plan B and also called me two days later to make sure that I did. I have no health concerns and my pregnancy was completely normal and my baby came out healthy so I don't know why the aggression to get me to terminate my pregnancy. One other time she was on her phone googling my symptoms because she didn't know what to do.

PIMA Medical Institute had made me go and complete my practice at Amigo Medical, had to finish it since I had no choice.
Was horrified about the way they had me do venipuncture having to use a vacutainer holder that was not a disposable one. The Phlebotomist there almost had a heart attack when she saw I was ready to throw it away after a blood draw.
And I agree with most of the patient's reviews: Donna had no customer service training at ALL!! (the one at Front Desk)
Dr. Gutierrez was the rudest MD I have ever known.

I visited clinic for regular check up and the doctor suggested me to take a blood test for blood sugar, anemia etc. I told her I’d take it as long as it’s fully covered by insurance and she reassured that it’d be covered. One month later I received a bill stating I needed to pay $350 for blood work. We are still fighting against this issue and it’s giving me such a hassle. Very shady. In addition receptionists and nurses were very rude and looked they don’t care about their patients.

The communication in the office was atrocious. The doctor showed up not knowing the purpose of the appointment. They booked insurance without our consent and it has taken 3 appointments to get a simple form filled out. We are very angry and frustrated. Do not recommend!

My worse experience in my long life, he is one of the so many MD' that i have gone to, Dr. Monahan is the one at the bottom of my list, he is so terrible that it will embarrass me to describe our experiences with him, very rude, unpolite, uneducated, doesn't check you at all, and he only does what he wants based on only God knows what...by the way he manages to do all above in 1-2 minutes....look around there are a lot of great Doctors nearby....he doesnt deserve your time and money....i had to place on star since they didn't have a lower mark

Pésima atención a el cliente me hicieron venir viernes y lunes por sus incompetancias y ahora tener que regresar un día mas y por si fuera poco me amenazaron de no firmar mis exámenes por exigir después de aver pagado .pésimo servicio si es posible vallan a otro lugar aquí no les importa ustedes solo su dinero.
