WORST CLINIC EVER. I call and they put you on “hold” w/o your consent. AND they never get back to you. Or best thing yet, they pick up and hang up immediately. They also pick up and mute it. How on earth do you have a clinic? This is how you lose patients. This is how you show you care? Maybe hire more competent people. The front desk and the only working number is the 3361 number and yet you can’t answer it or get back to people. How is this “URGENT CARE”? If you NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. This is by far THE WORST customer service ever. Thanks to Magdalena and Valorie or all your front desk, this is by far the worst experience in Medical I have ever encountered. And all i was trying to do was get to the billing department…. But if i was in dire need of medical assistance or attention this is THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO. Front desk is like front line, and if your front line falls, it all falls. How can i even trust anyone with anything here with this treatment?

Please hire new staff these lazy women keep putting me on hold or hanging up on me, when I try to make an appointment. Stop just hiring ANYONE. I'm trying to make a new patient appointment and they holding me up being lazy and worthless I will be more than happy to report the whole staff. This alone make me give them 1 star because the customer support is terrible.

Dr. Pollock spoke with me over the phone, told me to go and see her, I went in, the front desk lady named Magdalena was too busy talking so it took her 40 minutes to register me im the system. So then 5 min later she told that doctor polak could not attend me after all. It’s the 3rd time I go in to see them and my injury is getting worse, she has not help at all. Has no interest in her patients well-being, please do not waste your time. I have a broken toe and it’s been getting more and more infected. She had also forgotten to send my prescription, overall very unorganized doctor and team. They do not even have a diaper changing station for children in the bathrooms, I had to change my child’s diaper in my car. If you do not like to waste your time then go see another doctor. They also wrapped my broken toe with tape… pretty much all they have done when I have gone to see them.

Dr. Jill Flores is absolutely amazing. She is very kind, caring, and a great listener. In today’s society DRs rush your appointment, but Dr Flores listened to everything I had to say and took her time addressing everything. I absolutely applaud her overall professionalism. By far one, if not the best doctor is Chula Vista/ National city.

My whole family has been going to Mora family dentistry and CV Drs Group for 10+ years. Every visit, my experience is always great! The staff is friendly, they send timely updates and reminders and I never feel like they’re pressuring me to do unnecessary work like other offices I’ve been too. Highly recommend!

Multiple times my calls are put on hold and then they just hang up… maybe retrain your front desk or get new people that are helpful It’s a shame because the nurses and my primary are very good generally.

no answer! ever!
And you press "0" for an operator and no answer and that box is full!!
Same same, no answer ever!
I need to cancel this afternoons appointment at 4:30 pm June 4th.
Last weeks appt was cancelled by this office about a month and a half ago... and I never received a phone call or voicemail. Although the staff said they called me 3 times and left voicemail, on April 12, 13, and 14 for my appt on MAY 30TH...
