Dr. Melinda Silva is the best. I went to her for lip filler, looking to enhance my natural lips. She did exactly that and I couldn't be more thrilled. It was my first time receiving a treatment like this, so naturally I had many questions and she catered to all of them. I just had my hormone pellet insertion with Dr. Melinda Silva at her med spa location in Pacific Beach and I had the best patient care experience.  From the initial consultation to my treatment today, her caring attitude and professionalism were consistent and superlative. Dr. Silva and her team, Amie (manager), Kristina, and Karen were all very caring, professional, and excellent. Her med spa office is very clean and well decorated. I felt at ease.

Dr. Silva was very attentive in listening to my concerns and has an excellent bedside manner. I felt attentively listened to and was treated with the utmost respect. Honestly, I am very sensitive to pain but Dr. Silva did the procedure without any pain - her local anesthetic injection technique was really effective.

I have gone to Dr Malinda Silva since Aug of 2017. She and her staff continue to offer the best care for an anti aging regiment for those of us who are getting older. I prefer a female Doctor since as my daughter and daughter in law say , a female doctor in their opinion is more caring, concerned, and meticulous. Malinda Silva is just very concerned and a well educated M.D. I am very comfortable talking to the Doctor about anything. She always makes sure she has a caring and efficient staff. The staff are fantastic. Michelle, Karen, and Dalia are exceptional.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Silva! For a couple years, I was feeling horrible. Had no energy, couldn’t sleep, brain fog and gaining weight, even though I was eating healthy and working out. After visiting a primary doctor, the only solution they had was putting me on antidepressants… I knew that wasn’t what I needed. When I went to see Dr. Silva, she was so excited about helping me. She truly wants to see her patients feel their best. It was the first time in two years. I felt like there was hope. She ran my blood work and immediately started me on HRT within days. Hi owe my entire life to Dr. Melinda Silva. My life has dramatically become better after becoming her patient. Before I started seeing her I had many symptoms such as hot flashes, significant hair loss on my head, hair growth in unwanted areas, swelling all over my body, skin problems, ovary pain, trouble regulating my temperature, hormone imbalance, weight loss resistance, hormone imbalance, infertility, severe mood swings and depression. I had gone to an endocrinologist through my insurance and they diagnosed me with PCOS but refused to do anything about it saying “we should just wait”. Feeling concerned I was going to go completely bald ( Guinea pig sized chunks of hair were falling out of my head daily) I made an appointment to see Dr. Silva. Not only did she treat my symptoms but she was able to explain why all these things were happening to me. 100% of all of my symptoms have been resolved and I have gone on to having two perfectly healthy children which I don’t believe would have been possible without her intervention. You will not find another doctor as beautiful, intelligent, and someone who genuinely cares about her patients. She is truly dedicated and I am so grateful to have her in my life.
