The male workers at this store are super creepy! Would not recommend women who like to shop alone to go in. The man at the register kept trying to touch my hands as I paid for my items. It used to be much better here, definitely will not be going back for a long while!

This store as small as it is has everything I’ve ever needed. Totally amazing! The staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about products. I like this hardware store. What makes this place is the staff. I love the small town atmosphere. Growing up I remember getting the 25cent lollipops and they have this here. Kind of a nice touch. They always say hi and remember you. I think this is whats missing from big chain stores. Prices are a bit higher than the bigger hardware stores but you have to drive out of town. So it balances it out, i dont mind it.

Arrive at the hardware store and one of the workers starts speaking Spanish. I don't realize she's talking to me until I hear her say "Hellooo?" with a very unprofessional tone. I don't speak Spanish, no need to get sassy with me because you made an assumption. Whatever, I find the item I need, go to the front to pay and the cashier says "Just so you're aware, there's no refunds or exchanges for this item." I ask what if it it doesn't work or breaks? All she does is repeat herself. I can't believe how unprofessional this place is. And no product guarantee? Screw this place, go somewhere else where they'll take care of the buyer.
