Made an appointment (had a screenshot and everything) and they refused to see me. Not a good way to secure a new patient. Really disappointing way to run a clinic.

I can’t speak highly enough of Clinica familiar Virgen de Guadalupe , the Doctor was so knowledgeable and caring, took the time to listen to my concerns , due to previos bad experience . From the moment I walked in , the receptionist took care of getting me a quick appointment which is hard for new patients , but no at this clinic ,the customer service was amazing ! They run all the test on me including an electrocardiogram , what a blessing to found them today , amazing team !

Overall Great and a very humanized doctor she knows what she is doing and she has always find a cure to my illnesses, also there are a very humanized and attentive staff over there. They accept walkins not having to wait to get medical attention through the insurance mainstream that could leave you stranded waiting for weeks to be seen by a doctor.

Dr. was friendly and great. I had some issues with the staff. First off, they updated my address but still got one of my prescription for my 4 year old sent to the wrong location. It seemed like the lady on the phone didn't really want to help me but nonetheless assured me they sent out the prescription again and should be available for pick up for a couple of hours. The pharmacist informed me they never received it once again when i came back for pickup, but was in luck since he did have some in stock in the back and wanted to help my little girl. I also called back to get an extra day extended on the note since my daughter was still sick and was transferred to another department that never picked up. I tried to call them multiple times to let them know, but they never picked up. Even after going to the clinic personally, they said no doctors are available and are in lunch even though it was past 7PM, which I find hard to believe considering that it's a clinic. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning.
