I had such a great experience at this urgent care. My first experience with any urgent care. The staff was so kind and attentive, and the doctor took the time to really listen and make sure I was comfortable. It’s not always easy going to get any care, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m really grateful for their care and highly recommend them!

I would avoid this place. I’ve had multiple experiences here where they force you to wait in a tiny room for 45 min only for the nurse to smirk at your symptoms (literally) and tell you there is nothing they can do except prescribe over the counter medicine. I think they do this so they can bill higher to insurance.

In one instance I had a terrible sore throat for 9 days at which point I suspected it might be an infection. I went in and they told me it was just a common cold. At 14 days the symptoms persisted with no improvement, so I go back and after waiting over 2 hours, this nurse comes to me and I swear to you is smirking at me, as if holding back laughter, and tells me that there is nothing wrong. Again, this is after 14 days of being sick. So I got to another urgent care for a second opinion and they prescribe antibiotics and WITHIN THE NEXT DAY I start feeling better.

Don’t expect to be treated seriously here.

Today I took my soon first time here in this location . Wow let me tell you front desk great , nurse great . Doctor Owens , Y , wonderful she took her time checking my soon ask if I had questions and gave him medicine there in the spot. Very nice lady . I wish all doctors be like her amazing caring for her patients . First time here and will be staying here thanks Exer for great service

The staff were polite and friendly, the nurses were also amazing and attentive. Dr. Breck took his time in listening to my pain and concerns. Overall had a good experience that only took one hour versus going to an ER. I will definitely be going back, hopefully not too soon.

Came here at mid afternoon on a Saturday. Wait time on their website is cited as 15 minutes. The receptionist doesn’t mention how long the wait usually is, but mentions that there are five people ahead of me. After about a half hours wait I ask about the wait time and I’m told it should be three hours. I then ask for a refund, but I’m told that they don’t have a process for that and they have to run it by their manager, who isn’t here and will only be able to confirm next week.

I understand that it’s an urgent care, but the wait times are frankly ridiculous.

The nurses are nice, and the doctor was helpful. Not worth a three plus hour wait though

4 hours in the waiting room, and 1 hour in the pt room to be seen. It is ridiculous. When I checked in they said wait time was 3 hours ...... they had only one provider during flu season!! Not acceptable at all. All of them are really kind, but this really shows the poor office management

I also want to commend Roberto Gomez for his professionalism and care during the triage process. His efficiency and demeanor helped set a positive tone for the rest of my visit. I'm grateful for both of them and the excellent care they provided.

I can't comment on the doctors or the treatment here as I never got past the waiting room.

The front desk staff is cordial, but the wait time reflected on Exer DTLA's page is inaccurate as they don't update it. It said "no patients in line" when I was there, but in reality, there were almost 10 people waiting. It also said "x ray available" online, but I was informed it was down until the following day. Call in advance!
