Worst receptionist ever.. and it is impossible to make it on time for an appointment here. She asked me to send a copy of my insurance card to the email related to their HP printer. Once I sent it, they checked and said they didn't receive one. So I sent again still no...at the end, I sent 10 emails and their printer still didn't receive my email. As I kept sending emails and still struggling with it, the receptionist didn't help or gave me any other options.

Few minutes later, she said now it is too late for my appointment.. and they blamed and shamed me in front of the other patients and told me to leave.. They are the worst I ever experienced...

They are every unprofessional, rude and untrained.
