The appointment staff were so kind and helpful. At the center, the receptionist and medical assistants could be a little friendlier and welcoming. The provider needs trauma informed care, throughout the visit, she seemed judgmental and made a lot of assumptions. Used triggering language and could have been more thorough. I will be continuing care elsewhere.

I like certain ppl there but I am NOT a fan of Alla Sragets, the OB GYN. She is so dismissive and unpleasant, I have a high risk pregnancy and UC and dealing with alot of complications and she was shrugging and just suggesting I get a new job when I asked for disability pregnancy leave due to having a physical demanding job. Don’t go here, she’s collecting a check and will just shrug to your concerns.

Saw me same day, office and support staff was very attentive. Doctor was thorough and answered all my concerns and questions. Everything was clean. I did have to wait long after my appointment time, but that was overshadowed by the great service!

The girls in the front are very rude. I canceled my appointment because of that. They need to be replaced with someone who likes they’re job and have kind heart and knows how to treat a patient. Patient is paying for an appointment. They should be a bit nicer that’s the least they can do, it puts a plate on their table. So unprofessional.

I've never complained or made a bad review about a medical place or a doctor in my life
