Was a very long wait. My oxygen machine eventually turned off from battery dying. Told the front desk and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. Instead of asking if i needed a oxygen tank. Took my son to finally go up there and let her know i needed oxygen. The practitioner however was really nice and gave me the antibiotics i needed to get rid of my respiratory illness. Feeling a lot better.

I've had less than perfect experiences at this urgent care, but this visit couldn't have been better. I have a tooth infection, no dentist until the 20th or about ten days. It had me in tears the pain was so bad. I got there early ish on Monday morning, not terribly early but around ten. From check in to doctor was within 45 min. Very compassionate doc, very good bedside manner. One day of antibiotics and the pain has eased a bit. Of course I still have some healing to do but the results are amazing. Thank you RRH.

From the moment I signed in the staff was very welcoming and polite. The doctor was amazing, she had a wonderful bedside manner. She seemed like she really cared about how/what I was feeling. She listened and I didn't feel rushed like most doctors make me feel. I definitely recommend this urgent care 😇

I was seen quickly, and thankfully the physician identified something I hadn’t even thought of and turned out he was right! So yay for medical intuition and experience. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and accommodating to my disability. My first choice to go to when I can’t see my primary care doctor.

Arrived and check in was fast. Getting to a room to be seen was fast. Doctor seeing me was very fast.
.. she barely took the time to find out what my symptoms were before prescribing medicine, while I was still describing my issue.

Took our son due to him having a fever for a few days, painful cough, and depth perception being off. Nurse said they couldn’t help him there and that he needed to go to ER (which we try to avoid due to it being for EMERGENCIES). Sure enough, ER tested him and he got positive for influenza and we were sent on our way. So we got charged probably 5x more than what we would’ve paid if urgent care had did their job.

I felt very taken care of today when going in to treat my double ear infections. The wait time was better than expected and the staff was very pleasant. Thank you for getting me back to healthy!

Waited hours, even though I was the only one there in the waiting room for the last 1.5-2 hours. The patient ahead of me actually got up and left after being there even longer than I was. When I was finally called, I was only in the exam room maybe five minutes. Not sure what the hold up was, but it was pretty upsetting to sit there for hours, only to be brought back and see all exam rooms open, and no patients being treated (which would have explained the wait) after waiting hours. It’s increasingly obvious that the quality and availability of care in Ridgecrest is truly as bad as everyone says. I feel horrible for those that do not have the ability to leave town to find appropriate healthcare for their needs. I rarely go to the doctor, and have normally had very good luck with Urgent Care. But this was truly a fail. The nurse did apologize for the wait, but it didn’t mean that much truthfully after waiting that long.
