EVERY TIME I call the billing department, the automated voice says they are experiencing "higher than normal call volume," please leave a message. First, if it is constant, that is the normal call volume, and management needs to reevaluate staffing. Second, sometimes you are lucky, and someone calls you back, but it is hit and miss. Third, after two months of conversations and messaging back and forth through MyChart, my issue is still not resolved. I paid a bill through MyChart using my FSA debit card. When my FSA wanted proof of what the payment was for, Enloe could not ever provide that. I have had people in billing email me and download documents into MyChart, unfortunately, the documents do not add up to the amount I paid. This has happened twice now. At this point, MY FSA CARD HAS NOW BEEN SUSPENDED for not being able to provide proof! So, I was either mis-billed or Enloe is staffed by a bunch of people who can't do basic math and figure out which procedures I was billed for that I paid. The bills do not make any sense when comparing them to my EOB from Anthem eithers. This really shouldn't be this difficult! Now I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor, as I tried calling again to get the message that they are experiencing "higher than normal call volume." Come on Enloe! Get it together.
