Maddy has been absolutely wonderful at ultrasound appointments with my high risk pregnancy. The office is always very clean and welcoming and the girls are always very professional and eager to help with any questions or requests. Dr. Ali has a great team of techs that I can easily trust their knowledge and expertise. I’m so happy to finally have an office locally.

We just had our last visit with Maddie at CMFM Chico, and what a great experience we had!! She is so sweet, even remembering our other kids ages/names. I recently delivered my second son in what was considered a high risk pregnancy. All of my ultrasounds and a fetal echo were done at MFM in Chico. I had a fantastic experience with all the sonographers but most of my appointments were with Maddy. She is kind, friendly and always created peace rather than panic when delivering what could be anxiety producing news (my baby was breech at 36 weeks & in the 13th percentile). In any future pregnancy, I would certainly chose to receive care at MFM in Chico again.

Just finished my last appointment with them. Everyone was so pleasant and encouraging at every appointment. They really helped put my mind at ease in regards to my high risk status. I looked forward to coming in every time.

This place is absolute garbage. I went for my very first appointment where they ended up telling me I’m high risk and need to be seen weekly to them canceling my appointment they day before and canceling the following week as well. My primary insurance was the only correct insurance and had my correct married last name on it. And medi-cal did some bs where they kept reenrolling me into their programs with my maiden name so the two didn’t match. But I have insurance and they still wouldn’t see me. I went two weeks of call every California office to get the medi-cal bs still fixed and they finally said it was fixed but the office still wouldn’t see me. So I don’t know how it’s even legally possibly to cancel my appointments where they’re telling me week to week my baby could die but they did.

I will be going somewhere else.
My first appointment for an ultrasound was supposed to be one hour. I called beforehand just because we were paying a babysitter. The ultrasound ended up taking them an hour and 45 minutes. I had to ask if my babysitter could stay longer, luckily she could. Then they said that I needed to wait 15 more minutes before the consultation with the doctor. I said, “NO.” I was already feeling sick because I have to keep up on eating to keep up my blood sugar. They should have been done 45 mins ago. I DO NOT have time, I was about to pass out.

They wanted me to re-schedule, okay…

I missed one appointment but we re-scheduled and that morning I made sure I was ready. I had to put them on hold for like 2 minutes because my toddler was crying.

They told me they have to make ANOTHER appointment because they only have 10 minutes. I said okay.

Appointment was supposed to be at 1:30. She called at 1:25. I didn’t answer. Sorry. I actually really needed the 5 minutes. I called right at 1:30. No answer. 2 minutes later, I reached her. She wants to lecture me about making appointments because I missed the one appointment.

THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS IN THE TIME FRAME THEY HAVE FOR THE APPOINTMENT!!!
I should not have to make 3 or 4 appointments for an appointment that should have taken 1 hour.
I hung up and blocked them. Bye 👋

The staff is great!! I always have all my questions answered. They also provide refreshments while I wait 🙂 Dr. Ali was so welcoming and the bedside manner of the sonographers is amazing!

Really upset how they wouldn’t let our kid come in with us that we brought there’s no signs or nothing saying that no kids can go inside and you think there would be something up so that no one would bring their kids
