On 07/18/2022 I had my very first Ultrasound appointment. I was able to see my baby for the very first time. I was alone, scared, and not sure what to expect since this is my first baby. I believe my Tech was Amy D. The only complaint I have is that she set the bar WAY too high. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I've been going to a different specialty clinic for my fetal growth US ever since and I've been nothing but disappointed with the services I have received by techs that lack any and all passion for what they do. This is my first baby and likely the only baby I will be having I wish others in your field realized or cared about how special these moments are when a parent gets to see their baby. You did realize this, Amy! thank you so much for your excitement and passion. Thank you for being the tech that gave me the very first view of my beautiful baby girl. I didn't realize how lucky I was that I was able to have you as a tech. I wish you could have followed me and baby bean through this entire journey!

I was really suprised with my 20 week anatomy scan here. I've been really looking forward to it and I was hardly able to see my baby. I felt completely dismissed and left in tears. Some guy training was brought in and poked around my stomach with out my prior knowledge or agreement. Considering the wonderful experience I had two years ago with my daughter I was quite shocked. I hope I have another opportunity to see her since the technician robbed me of that moment.

Enloe radiology REFUSED to send my pulmonologist at UCSF the images of my chest X-ray. Even though she was the ordering physician. They said their radiologist have to read it and they will only send my Ucsf physician a copy of the report. This is unacceptable! I would advise everybody to get their care out of town and avoid Enloe at all costs. Plus, they were very rude about it.

While this could have been a very positive experience, it was not due to a very poorly managed front office. I was told when I signed in that the wait would be 20-25 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later I was called up and told they had lost my orders. They asked me to call my doctor to ask them to fax a copy. The X-ray techs couldn’t have been nicer or gentler. When I asked for an Enloe feedback card, she couldn’t find one! Hope it gets better.

Frist they got appointment time wrong then rude about it.
They refused to do MRI because they wouldn't take the time to check with anyone who knows it was okay to do
Very Unprofessional and unwilling to get the information needed to do there job.
They Wasted my time and my gas.
I'm in pain and needed the MRI
Bottom line very rude and uncaring for To their patients

This place has gone over and above any trouble ive had was my own doctors personel not sending info that was requested so they got on the phone and made it happen for me as i traveled 45 mins to get there and always polite and perfesional! I use them when ever i can!

Felt like the ultrasound was very rushed was barely shown my baby felt like an unconvinced to them...im very disappointed this was my last ultrasound before my son's here
