Lift Assist is such a wonderful business that is much needed for our growing senior population. Our 1st experience was a game changer for us. Gerald (our spectacular driver) arrived 15+ min early which eased our minds immensely. Gerald was courteous, friendly, joyful, and mindful of my husband's disability and needs. We arrived at the Cancer Center in plenty of time, and when pickup time came, Gerald was there! Thank you so much Gerald... we will be asking for you specifically for our next rides to Chico.

First off I want to say that Kimberly is an excellent driver. I felt safe the entire trip.
She drove me from Chico to Sacramento and back and made it a very pleasant trip.

I love this company. They really care about their passengers!! The drivers are always super friendly and helpful. The office is always very nice when I call, even though I can be a pain sometimes, lol. I appreciate the rides and all of the staff.

Christie and David were exceptional in their transfer of my & 1/2 hour visit to my surgeon. They were careful and conscious of my pain levels after I had a 5 hour surgery with over 70 stiches.
