There is not an actual doctor at the location!!! There is a medical assistant impersonating a doctor!!! When I asked she said this is like a “tele-med” clinic. Meaning the medical assistant sees you and makes her assessment and diagnosis you and IF she is doubtful she calls the doctor. She told me to take Tylenol for the swelling I was like “do you mean ibuprofen?” She said “yeah you can take that if you’d like” I don’t understand how you can have a clinic and have medical assistants seeing people as if she was a doctor?!!! She said she was a doctor back in her country, but from her diagnosis it definitely doesn’t not sound like it!!! That is why they take forever during the consults because she’s running back and forth calling the actual doctor, yet he wasn’t the one physically there looking in my ear! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!

En esta clínica no ay un doctor físicamente ahí. Son asistentes de doctor impresionando a una doctora/doctor!!! cuando le pregunte a la recepcionista a hablar con el doctor me informo que no avía doctor en la clínica. Que le hablan a un doctor si tienen preguntas por el teléfono. en cual no entiendo como pueden tener una clínica así?!? La señora me dijo que tome Tylenol para la inflamación, al cual yo le corregí y le dije qué es Ibuprofen para la inflamación . Mejor vaya a una clínica con un doctor verdadero!!!!

I would give it two stars because the doctor lady is actually helpful , but the receptionist woman orange fluff hair she was very rude very hostile ,not only did she deny my access for a consultation WITHOUT hearing all my symptoms but she was very rude and couldn’t give me any of the information I was asking for , she told me to look for the corporation number and name myself that there was google for that . I would appreciate if yall hire staff that like what they do for a living so we don’t have to deal with the attitude and disrespect of the ones who don’t like their jobs .

The doctor came and she had a mask and a plastic over head and she saw my face and said “oh you must have a cold I’m bringing a mask” as if she didn’t want to be exposed. We can hear the doctor talk from inside the room and once she left she skipped me and checked other patients so me and my mom walked out. DO NOT COME HERE.

This clinic is super ghetto, inexperienced “doctors” , complained about having a hard time breathing and all they did was a Covid test, unprofessional and thief’s. Can’t even diagnose properly, they say the most obvious things, to not have to do their job properly. All they do is charge $300 plus for an injection, and “prescribe” you ibuprofen at the pharmacy, like I could’ve just got that over the counter.

It’s okay i just don’t like how they act towards me ever since i first came here with my parents they don’t even know what they are doing idc if they see what im saying if they something to me they can wtv they want they tell you you have something that you don’t even have like make sense. some of the nurses are nice but some of rude to you for nothing. they gave bad vibes
