My husband came here for a renal ultrasound and the staff was great. Scheduling was quick and easy. Our tech was Whitney and she was amazing! She was very friendly, informative, and overall made the whole process easy. I will happily recommend them to everyone.

I didn’t get my gender due to them not being sure and saying what she thought was my gender by guessing when she should have just been honest. Also my kids have been sick for almost a month and a half because I heard your a co worker there was sick and was supposed to come back from lunch or break and never did and ended up going home and was out until the next week we would love to be warned next time and would possibly reschedule now I might have sick kids with my new baby also didn’t get all the pictures of my baby’s face I got blurriest ones and only 2 physical pictures not even all of the face pictures which isn’t fair not even a choice which ones I wanted. Never received the video they said you get either so a lot to me wasn’t fair at all.

I highly recommend Adventist Imaging &Lab. It was the best Customer Service that i have received in a long time. I made a call first to see if they accepted my Insurance. The person who answered was very polite, when i got to the office he remembered me. Staff was exceptional!! Thank you for your service and i will highly recommend using them!!

The office staff was very nice and helpful. Cathy(imaging tech)who did my ultrasound really went above and beyond to make sure that she did the right scans to make it as easy as possible for me. She was talking to me throughout the scans letting me know what what going on and what I was seeing.i have always had great experiences at this office.

I want to start this review by saying the experience with the girls in imaging (Ultrasound) was by FAR one of the best experiences I have had with a medical office. They were so kind, made me feel extremely comfortable and talked me through the whole procedure. When I asked questions they answered them all and explained what they were seeing on the screen. It made me feel so much better and less stressed out about what was happening. I can not thank them enough and I recommend anyone who needs ultrasounds to go to them. Usually when I leave Drs offices I feel discouraged and disregarded but I left this place feeling so heard and happy. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

The staff was kind, efficient and had a smile for each person that walked in the door. Unfortunately they had a very difficult patient ahead of me that was clearly making thier job hard, but they communicated with me and other patients well and kept us updated on times. The technician in the back office was highly professional and his expertise was evident.
