I had such a great experience at Chico Heart and Vascular Centers of America! Michelle, the EMR specialist, was amazing. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and gave me really helpful advice on what I can do to stay on top of my heart health and prevent any issues in the future. Monika and Marrissa were also so nice—they made me feel really comfortable and taken care of throughout my visit. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care, which made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. I left feeling confident and well-informed!
One thing I must say—it was hard to find the building since the company sign is on the other side of where the entrance is located, but other than that, I highly recommend this place if you value quality work and service.

I highly recommend this place! I had some work done on my legs, and the ladies up front were phenomenal—super friendly and welcoming. Monika was especially helpful;, she made sure I felt assured that everything would be taken care of. The providers were also amazing—they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. Amazing service all around!

The office staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming! I was very nervous to get my testing done but the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. The medical assistant Jackie was super sweet and kind. The nurse practitioner Marissa, is an amazing provider who listened to all my concerns and gave me her full attention, 10/10 recommend!

This clinic gave me the best experience anyone could ask for. The staff made you felt welcomed immediately and all so nice and so incredibly professional. The nurse practitioner, Marissa gave me the best care. She was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. So happy I came here and know I’m in good hands with them. I recently saw the clinics nurse practitioner, Marissa Pacheco, after having worrisome symptoms with my heart. The clinic was able to see me within the same week after taking my symptoms into consideration. During our first encounter, Marissa asked thorough questions and did an extensive assessment. This assessment was not only physical but also personal. She looked at me as a whole and took into consideration my daily life stressors that could be contributing to my symptoms. She made me feel calm and safe while speaking one on one about what could be causing my alarming arrhythmia. Marissa was able to provide me with proper information and the root cause of my presenting problem. Since my appointment, my symptoms have subsided with lifestyle modifications she recommended.
