Jeremy & Co-workers at Infinity Wellness are AWESOME! I’m getting stronger with consistent coaching and encouragement. I appreciate the attention to form and control of movements. The 45 min. workouts get my whole body activated . The cool downs have stretched my muscles so no undo comfort follows me the next few days. I love my Infinity Wellness experience. After losing 80 lbs, I needed a place where someone could help me tone as well as develop healthy habits in order to keep the weight off. I started working out at infinity wellness only a couple of months ago and cannot believe how fast I have progressed! The team is so knowledgeable and encouraging and the facility is super clean. My journey with Infinity Wellness began in December of 2023. My wife brought me along to what I thought was HER initial consultation with Alex. She didn't tell me that her intentions were for BOTH of us to start working out until we pulled into the parking lot! So, after talking with Alex, who is an awesome motivator by the way, I reluctantly decided to give it a try...and I can't express how grateful I am that I did! (Note to the guys:
always listen to your wife!) For a few months, I went twice weekly, and worked with A.D., Alex, Jeremy, Nick, and Jonathan. These guys know their stuff! I wanted to concentrate on upper body (arms and chest) and they teach you proper form to get the most out of you workouts. Eventually, after noticing some improvements in my physical appearance (although I still have a long, long way to go, lol), I increased to three sessions per week. I feel like these guys are really interested in my success. They are great encouragers and work hard to help me achieve my goals. Thanks Infinity Wellness!!

Great one on one training to fit your expectations. All are great to work with. Working with Nick has greatly improved mobility and posture after spine and neck injuries. He has done more than any of the dozens of physical therapist I’ve worked with the past 35 years. Life changing for sure

I have been going to Infinity Wellness for 5 months and cannot believe the difference it has made in my strength and balance! My trainer A.D. devises the best work out regimen that works well for ME and he is always encouraging me! All of the trainers in the gym are awesome and know each others’ clients, and that is huge for me! I highly recommend Infinity Wellness for anyone looking to get back into shape at any age!! I really appreciate what they have done and continue to do for me!

I began training at Infinity in December. I have practiced yoga for 10 years but had never done resistance training. I decided to try Infinity because I needed someone who could show me the proper postures to prevent injury. I have leaned so much. My trainer, AD, listens and adapts to fit my needs and skill level. He and I have had some great conversations, and he makes training fun and educational. The facility is wonderful - neat, clean, great equipment, never over crowded. The other trainers are friendly and complementary of everyone’s progress (not just those they are training). It is evident that they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend Infinity.

It's a great place to workout. The trainers are knowledgeable and cheerful, and the facility is very clean and well equipped. It's small enough that there's not dozens of people there at a time, and workout sessions takes place in individual rooms with just you and the trainer. I've been attending for 5 months now and see a definite improvement in my strength and stamina. I always get a serious stretching at the end of the session, so even when the workout is intense, I have never been sore the next day. Everyone there is very encouraging as well. Highly recommend.
