This place is an absolute joke they set up appointments have a ton of people here and they go into a meeting leaving everyone waiting. Why set up appointments if you have a meeting? Staff is unhelpful not friendly overall this place is a disgrace they don’t care about patients they just want your money worst experience ever don’t go there they won’t do your paperwork they won’t return calls and they fill a waiting room with appointments and leave everyone waiting

I'm a new patient here. Sherry up front was very helpful and nice. Made you feel welcome. And Dr Green is just plain awesome. Explained everything I needed to know. Spent enough time with me too. Didn't run in and run out to get to the next patient. Very nice facility as well.

This place has always been great to my mom and I. This was my first time going there for myself and it was just as amazing as when I take my mom. Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and kind. He takes the time to listen to what you say and then explains everything to where you understand what you can expect from your treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Green and this place for your orthopedic needs.

Dr, Green went above and beyond at my visit for a torn rotator cuff. While talking to me about my other issues I told him about my lymph nodes being swollen and that I had a procedure for a colonoscopy in a few months. He stepped out of the room and when returned told me he had made a call and I would get the procedure Stat. Long story short because of his actions it was discovered that I have cancer in the head and neck and he saved precious time. Can't say enough about this Doctor

My wife and I have been going to Southern California Bone & Joint Clinic for quite some time now and the facility is by far, one of the best we've ever been to. Dr. Liu and his whole staff are all so professional while at the same time being warm and welcoming. Their experience and the care they provide is second to none. Our experience, every time we have an appointment, is always a good one and for attending a Doctor's appointment makes all the difference in the world! I recommend this facility to any and everyone and assure you, you will not be disappointed!

I visited Southern California Bone & Joint Clinic this week for a joint issue and upon walking into the Clinic it's so modern, clean and a bit sporty. Very Cool!
The Front Staff was amazing and quick with answering any questions I had and was really kind to everyone that walked in the door.
When it was time to get my X-rays the technician was so professional and kind at the same time. I can't remember his name, but he puts you at ease instantly while chatting with you during the x-rays and he's super efficient too!
Next I was seen by Dr. Mack Green who went over my situation and we talked about the next steps and what I would need to do, etc. It wasn't the news I was wanting, but he was excellent at delivering it along with the facts and how it could be treated and more. He was super busy that day and still had time for a quick laugh or two as well. If you are looking for a really great Bone and Joint Doctor / Clinic, I would suggest you go to Southern California Bone & Joint Clinic.

I Have Been Coming To This Facility For Years!! The Way For Me To Inform You Of Their Dynamics And Performance Would Be For Mr To Give You A Comparison. Nor Only Are The Are Both Doctors Experienced, Skilled, Efficient, And Caring, But Thier Whole Staff In Warm, Caring, Welcoming, Skilled An Efficient!! Dr. Green And Dr. Lui Are Like Picassos Compared To Regular Painters!!! There Is NO Real Comparison To Their Work!! Most Doctor's Today: Some Know What They Are Doing, Some Are In Their Field, And Don't Have A Clue, You May Or May Not Get The Right Diagnosis And You May Or May Not Come Out Okay; Being Even The Fact Of The Right Surgery, And The Majority Of Those Do A Bare Minimum. For Me It's: If Someone Could Get A Picasso Painting Worth Millions, Why Get A Regular Painting; So Why Get A Treatment From A Regular Painter, When Picassos Can Do The Job

Absolutely the very best ortho doctor in the high desert. He does not rush, listens to you and explains everything. Sometimes runs behind because he does spend as much time as needed with each patient. He is highly skilled, and his staff is very friendly and efficient.
